Jaipur (Rajasthan) [India], June 10 (ANI): Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma highlighted on Tuesday that the last 11 years of Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led governance has been of 'change, progress and glory for India' with the country becoming an emerging power and on the path of being the third largest economy in the world.
Rajasthan Chief Minister Sharma also said that PM Modi not only gave direction to the country, but also works to give India a respectable image on the world stage.
'The last 11 years have been the years of change, progress and glory for India. Today, we can say with pride that under the visionary leadership of PM Modi, India is not only becoming an emerging power, but our country is also rapidly progressing on the path to becoming the world's third-largest economy,' CM Sharma said here.
CM Sharma said that the country has seen a lot of growth, from being the eleventh largest economy in 2014, to being the fourth largest today.
Talking about the diplomatic efforts under the leadership of PM Modi, he added, 'I also remember the time when India was going through many challenges, but PM Modi, with his determination, changed the situation of India. He not only gave direction to the country but also worked to give a respectable identity on the world stage. Today, India is heard patiently and also respected in the world.'
CM Sharma also highlighted the work done for the poor, youth, and women through various initiatives such as PM Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana to provide food, Jal Jeevan Mission to provide water taps, and PM Awas Yojana to provide houses.
'He worked for the welfare of the poor, youth and women. For the welfare of the poor, in the PM Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana, over 81 crore people have been given free food. In more than 15 crore houses, taps were given under the Nal se Jaal (Jal Jeevan Mission) initiative. Under PM Awas Yojana, more than 4 crore houses were built,' he said.

With over 500,000 responses already (in 26 hours since launch), the survey has emerged as a critical tool for directly and meaningfully engaging with the public and ensuring that their voices contribute to the nation's development.
