Earlier in the day, in a separate incident, the Anti-Robbery Squad Cell (ARSC) and Crime Branch of Delhi Police apprehended a notorious kidnapper and proclaimed offender who had been evading the law for an astonishing 25 years.
The accused, Suneet Agarwal alias Pappi alias Babli, a mastermind of kidnapping and extortion, had seemingly vanished into thin air, only to be tracked down by the relentless efforts of the Delhi Police team.
